Change of habits First 2 years ago I was very fat, I weighed 79 kilos and a half 155 cm, I started to exercise, at first it was difficult for me because I did not usually exercise and my whole body ached, but over time it became easier and more fun, After a while I had lost 10 kilos and after that I lost a little more but not as much as I wanted, in the end I lost weight but I will continue with my goal.

My firts day at university.

At first she's nervous because she didn't know anyone. But as the hours passed I ran into an old friend from school. We had to be partners so we became more friends. When we did homework she stayed at my house. So we took advantage of the occasion and made sleepovers. But we couldn't do that every day because her mom wouldn't give her permission. From my first day I also remember that I did not have breakfast because of my nerves but in the afternoon I went out to eat with my new friends. When I went home I was very happy for the great day I had. I was also tired but before sleeping I had to eat first. So I cooked for my family and myself. When I went to sleep, I was still excited about the new friends I had, but even so I had to sleep to wake up early tomorrow morning.

   A NEW PLACE  THAT I VISIT Two months ago I visited the Coloras    waterfall  in  Limón Indanza with my family. when we got to the place we saw that they were really beautiful waterfalls but with very little water.  We decided to do extreme sports such as tarabita, canoeing among others, we also did a walk through the waterfalls.  We did not go swimming because the water was very little and also very cold, but we ate in the restaurant of the place, they had very delicious and typical meals of the place, really a very rich, fresh and full of flavor food, after eating we wanted to know more places from Limón Indanza, then we decided to go to other waterfalls, before reaching those waterfalls you have to walk a lot but it is worth it since these waterfalls were beautiful and with crystal clear waters, when we reached the waterfalls we decided to continue climbing the sides and thus we reached the first, the water was really refreshing.
