Change of habits


First 2 years ago I was very fat, I weighed 79 kilos and a half 155 cm, I started to exercise, at first it was difficult for me because I did not usually exercise and my whole body ached, but over time it became easier and more fun, After a while I had lost 10 kilos and after that I lost a little more but not as much as I wanted, in the end I lost weight but I will continue with my goal.
